T-Mobile Signature Series—
Flagship Store Launch

T-Mobile has long built an innovative customer-obsessed identity. For the launch of their signature flagship store in San Francisco—the largest T-Mobile store in the world—we helped them go above and beyond for their customers, as usual.

To bring the brand and the community together in harmony, we concepted, create and produced all components of this historic launch. From an in-store experiential program that integrated entertainment, food, tech, music and gaming, to concerts, entrepreneurial panels and even some LGBTQ+ Pride celebrations.

The experience was a perfect encapsulation of what T-Mobile means to their customers, and cemented the store as a cultural hub and a standout destination for the community.
